This is a really fine all original GI issue WWII estate found gun that has been in my collection and I am willing to let it go. The gun is absolutely the best ORIGINAL 1945 Win carbine I have found in nearly 45 years of collecting. The gun has no import or after war markings and has all its original Winchester "W" marked parts and proper markings and retains 98% original Winchester factory original parked finish, with the bolt and hammer and some small parts being Winchester dark blued finish. The gun has it's beautiful original late war walnut stock with all proper markings and features of a late WWII stock by Winchester. The mag is a proper BW marked mag and bore is clean and bright with strong lands and grooves. The original sling is with the gun and it shows storage wear and some oil stains but is 100% original "C" tip GI issue carbine sling.
