H&K PCS MP5/40 Pistol for sale in Austin Texas

This is a mostly German H&K MP5/40 parts kit expertly assembled by Parabellum Combat Systems into an MP5/40 .40 S&W pistol. The whole front end, including barrel, bolt group, trigger group are all original German Heckler and Koch. The receiver (HK Parts) was rolled and welded by PCS and assembled into this fine shooting gun. It shoots soft and great and in fantastic condition. It was registered as and SBR to my trust but I have converted it back to a pistol and upon sale will write the ATF to remove it from the registry. I will provide a copy of that letter to the buyer but as a pistol this can be sold immediately without any NFA wait. Comes with one factory German 30 round magazine not pictured. Sorry no trades and I will ask the buyer to fill out a firearm bill of sale and provide a copy for your records. I will also need to see either a Texas DL or LTC to confirm you reside in the state.
